How can I reschedule my tour booking?

Although rescheduling is very difficult as you can understand but we do our best to accommodate any specific need of our customer if we are informed well in advance. In case of similar changes we do not even charge anything extra. Please note extra charges may occur in case of up-gradation.


How will I get confirmation for my booking?

Once we receive advance payment we will send you a confirmation email with your tour details and booking id.


Who should I contact during my tour in case of any inquiry?

We will assign you a tour manager. S/he will be available to you in case of any inquiry or assistance during your tour.


Is Helicopter service available during Char Dham Yatra?

Sure. Helicopter tickets are available from Guptkashi to Kedarnath during Char Dham Yatra.
