This hill station is built around a uniquely mango shaped lake known as the 'Naini Lake'(hence the name, Nainital. Tal means 'lake' in local language.). Nainital is also known as City of Lakes, other lakes that you can visit near Nainital are the Sariyatal Lake, Bhimtal Lake, and Khurpatal Lake. Nainital is situated at an altitude of 1938 km above sea level and has a pleasant climate all year round. Nainital has quite a few hilltops that offer extraordinary views of the city and its surrounding regions to the visitors. These include Naina Peak, Tiffin Top, and Snow View Point, all of which are very popular tourist spots. Nainital is something to offer to each visitor whether you are going for the climate, adventure, food, lakes or shopping.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 Kathgodam to Nainital( 40 Km/ 1 hrs)

    Pick up from Kathgodam railway station, proceed directly for Nainital by road. On arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel in Nainital, go on a sightseeing tour beginning with Cave garden, Barapathhar(Horse riding Point), Mango View Point, Lovers Point, Khurpatal Waterfall, boating on the famous Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple attend dugra pooja(Ashtami) Take Blessings. Dinner and overnight stay in Nainital.

  • Day : 2 Nainital Lake Tour

    After breakfast drive for lake tour of Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiatal, Naukuchiatal is a place where can enjoy paragliding after lake tour back to the Nainital and celebrate Diwali. Dinner & Overnight stay in Nainital.

  • Day : 3 Nainital-Kathgodam (40 Km/ 1 hr)

    After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to kathgodam for droping.
