Description

Jim Corbett National Park is a forested wildlife sanctuary in Uttarakhand. Rich in flora and fauna, it’s known for its Bengal tigers. Corbett Tiger Reserve has captured the imagination of many with its diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The park was first named as the 'Hailey National Park' and was later renamed as 'Corbett National Park' after James Edward Corbett the noted hunter turned conservationist of the area. The streams, rivers and ridges crisscrossing the terrain, present Corbett with a remarkable variety of landscapes. The most famous of Corbett's wild residents are the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Asiatic Elephant. In addition to that with over 550 species of avifauna Corbett is one of the richest bird regions of the Country and has been declared as an 'Important Bird Area' (IBA) by Birdlife International.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 Kathgodam-Corbett (60 Km/1-2Hrs)

    Pick up from Kathgodam railway station and drive to Corbett, Enjoy jungle safari, Nature walk and activties in the resort, dinner overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day : 2 Corbett local

    After breakfast your sight seen starts Garjiya Devi Temple, Corbett water fall, Corbett museum, after that check in to the hotel and in evening visit local market and back to hotel/resort Dinner overnight stay in Corbett.

  • Day : 3 Corbett-Kathgodam (60 Km/1-2Hrs)

    After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed directly to Kathgodam for dropping.
