Description

Jim Corbett National Park is a forested wildlife sanctuary in Uttarakhand. Rich in flora and fauna, it’s known for its Bengal tigers. Corbett Tiger Reserve has captured the imagination of many with its diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The park was first named as the 'Hailey National Park' and was later renamed as 'Corbett National Park' after James Edward Corbett the noted hunter turned conservationist of the area. The streams, rivers and ridges crisscrossing the terrain, present Corbett with a remarkable variety of landscapes. The most famous of Corbett's wild residents are the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Asiatic Elephant. In addition to that with over 550 species of avifauna Corbett is one of the richest bird regions of the Country and has been declared as an 'Important Bird Area' (IBA) by Birdlife International.

  • Day : 1 Kathgodam -Corbet ( 60 Km/ 2 hrs)

    Pick up from Kathgodam railway station, proceed directly for Kausani on arrival check in to the hotel and after refreshment visit sight seen with Baijnath temple, Anashakti Ashram, Rudradhari water fall and Kausani tea estate and after enjoyment back to hotel having dinner overnight stay in Kausani.(Optional business conference arrangements also available)

  • Day : 2 Corbett-Kathgodam (60 Km/ 2 hrs)

    Enjoy Jungle safari in morning (Best chance to see tigers) After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to kathgodam for dropping..
